Sky Endeavors offers hot air balloon rides, a thrilling way to view Connecticut and its surrounding states. Its headquarters are located ten miles to the north and west of downtown Hartford, near Filley Park. With a romantic champagne toast included in the ticket price, Sky Endeavors is a popular option for birthdays, weddings, and holidays. It is owned and operated by Bill Costen, the first African-American commercial balloon operator in the country.
